We have a two stage booking process
1. Complete our Boarding Enquiry Form
We need key information from you so we can assess whether we can meet your needs and appropriately accommodate and care for your pet.
We will respond to your enquiry within 24 - 48 hours.
2. Confirm Boarding Booking
We will contact you to confirm that we can meet your dates and accommodation requirements.
If you wish to proceed, we will ask you to pay a 50% non refundable deposit* to secure your booking.
Your booking will be confirmed and guaranteed on receiving your deposit.
The 'contact us' form link may be used for general availability advice before completing the form.
We may be able to give an indication regarding capacity at certain periods but it is not a guarantee of availability or confirmation of booking.
Please note: We will never confirm a booking without a completed enquiry form completed by the customer
and by ourselves.
